Thermismooth is a new, non-invasive procedure that improves the appearance of aging skin with no downtime. Thermismooth uses radio frequency (RF) energy to gently heat the skin to increase collagen production and tighten existing collagen. How does the treatment work?
After applying a small amount of gel, the Thermismooth handpiece is set to a specific target temperature. The handpiece moves in a circular motion over the treatment zone while gradually heating up the skin’s surface to reach the optimal target temperature. A typical Thermismooth treatment lasts 20-30 minutes.
What results can I expect?
Individual results vary, but most patients usually see results soon after their first treatment.
Three – four treatments are recommended to achieve the desired cosmetic result. Patients will continue to see results evolve over the next six months.
